Manage complex commercial accounts as a trusted advisor, delivering tailored risk solutions and ensuring accuracy and compliance during client interactions.

Develop and grow SBA and USDA B&I loan volume through marketing, referral networks, and efficient pipeline management. Prepare complete loan packages, determine eligibility per SBA SOP, structure financing, analyze financial statements and tax returns, manage credit and closing processes, and support/conduct business development and staff coaching.

The Risk Advisor will assist clients with insurance needs, recommending coverage, evaluating risks, and building relationships with TowneBank personnel.
