Senior Business Analyst supporting Sure Commercial implementation for commercial P&C insurance and MGA organizations. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, translating them into configurations and user stories, performing fit-gap analysis, defining underwriting and broker workflows, supporting integrations, facilitating workshops, and coordinating SIT, UAT, defect analysis, and business sign-off. The role requires extensive commercial insurance, MGA, underwriting lifecycle, platform implementation, client communication, and Agile experience.

Leads end-to-end supply chain forecasting engagements, including process assessment, gap analysis, requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, and validation. Evaluates forecasting platforms such as SAP IBP, Oracle, Blue Yonder, and o9; partners with business, data science, and technical teams; assesses forecasting approaches; defines data and integration requirements; and improves forecasting accuracy and reliability.

Develop and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, declarative automation, and REST/SOAP integrations. Build secure platform integrations with Platform Events and Named Credentials, manage source-controlled deployments through SFDX and CI/CD pipelines, enforce Salesforce security and governor-limit best practices, and provide testing, documentation, stakeholder collaboration, and production support.
