Ten-week internship supporting TIAA’s Insurance Solutions and New Markets organization. Interns conduct market research and competitive analysis, prepare Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau materials, support product strategy and business planning, coordinate meetings and project materials, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The program provides exposure to retirement and annuity products, product development, business development, and financial services through training, mentorship, executive presentations, and networking opportunities.

Ten-week wealth management internship supporting strategic business initiatives, market research, competitive analysis, presentations, Excel deliverables, meeting coordination, and cross-functional projects. Interns receive training, mentorship, executive exposure, and opportunities to explore sales, portfolio management, business intelligence, and other financial services functions.

Develops, launches, and manages alternative investment products for defined contribution clients. Evaluates Collective Investment Trusts and other vehicles, leads product strategy and positioning, coordinates cross-functional implementation and governance, assesses competitive performance, engages plan sponsors and consultants, and ensures regulatory and risk-management compliance.
