Analyze business processes, identify automation opportunities, test and monitor solutions, document workflows, train teams, and measure operational impact. Partner with People Operations, Credentialing, Clinical Operations, Data, Product, and Analytics while protecting sensitive information and following security and AI governance controls.

Own Tia’s organic social strategy and content across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Create, script, film, edit, publish, and optimize social content; manage community engagement; monitor social conversations; maintain link-in-bio and UTM tracking; and build performance reports connecting social activity to traffic, engagement, and audience growth.
