Lead and grow a distributed product engineering team, own technical roadmap and engineering quality standards, drive architectural modernization and SRE practices (observability, incident response), partner with Product and Design, oversee AI-assisted tooling adoption, and own engineering hiring and cross-functional representation.

Provide remote clinical supervision to Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners, including monthly 20–30 minute Zoom supervision, chart/progress note review, same-business-day email/text availability, documentation completion, and annual trainings. Must accept at least four NPs and refer out severe cases not suitable for telemedicine.

Provide remote clinical supervision to employed board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioners, conduct quarterly QA and monthly documentation, review charts, be available M–F for clinical questions, and maintain required in-person practice hours and licensure in Mississippi.
