As a Virtual Financial Advisor, provide financial guidance to clients, build relationships, conduct meetings virtually, and support clients in financial planning.

Lead and supervise an IT infrastructure team responsible for service delivery, servers, virtualization, storage, networking, security, databases, telephony, data centers, and disaster recovery. Develop and implement plans, policies and procedures, prioritize infrastructure needs, ensure service levels and staffing, resolve infrastructure issues, and provide coaching, performance feedback, and operational oversight.

Implement and support HR Operations processes and tools, manage knowledge resources, drive continuous improvement, track metrics and dashboards, perform QA of HR service reps, and partner with COEs and cross-functional teams to improve employee experience and operational performance.
