Systems Analyst II collaborates with business and IT teams to gather requirements, configure and deploy enterprise system enhancements, maintain site IT infrastructure, resolve complex issues, and improve operational processes. The role requires expertise in systems analysis, software development lifecycle practices, IT service management, change management, stakeholder communication, and platforms such as SAP, ServiceNow, or Oracle. The analyst also provides technical guidance, mentors colleagues, manages multiple priorities, and occasionally supports operations outside standard business hours.
