Support the Compliance Officer by managing product regulatory documentation, coordinating third‑party certification, reviewing engineering changes for compliance impacts, maintaining PLM/ERP records, liaising with certification bodies and contract manufacturers, and supporting cross‑functional compliance activities across North America and the EU.

Lead global accounting operations across multiple entities, ensure US GAAP/IFRS compliance, manage close and consolidations, strengthen internal controls and SOX programs, drive ERP implementation and financial systems transformation, partner with tax, FP&A, and auditors, and support M&A accounting and international project controllership.

Lead day-to-day vendor management, sourcing intelligence, and supply chain reliability. Own PO lifecycle, track shipments, protect manufacturing schedules, develop pricing/lead-time intelligence, qualify alternate suppliers, support ERP/PLM rollouts, and collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, Finance, and Quality.
