The Fundraising Canvasser role involves engaging the public to promote reproductive rights through fundraising. Responsibilities include delivering campaign messages, managing canvassing teams, and facilitating training.

Lead and scale a field office in North Carolina: recruit, train, and manage 40–60 canvassers, canvass in-person, set goals, ensure quality control, handle administrative tasks (reporting, payroll, recordkeeping), and build a diverse, motivated leadership team to drive voter outreach for reproductive rights through Election Day.

Conduct door-to-door canvassing to engage voters, deliver campaign messaging, collect survey responses, follow safety protocols, attend training, and (for team leads) supervise small teams, support training, and handle basic administrative tasks. Positions are seasonal through November with paid training, overtime, and potential advancement.
