Tergar International

Tergar International is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to making the ancient wisdom of meditation accessible to the modern world. Founded to promote the teachings of Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche, Tergar provides online and in-person meditation programs, Buddhist study courses, and mindfulness training to a global community. Their mission is to help individuals cultivate boundless awareness, compassion, and wisdom to enhance their quality of life.
