Leads Tekion’s global inside sales organization, defining strategy for outbound prospecting, inbound qualification, SDR/BDR programs, pipeline generation, and lead conversion. Manages sales leaders and representatives, develops scalable processes and training, monitors performance metrics, and collaborates with Field Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Product. Owns headcount planning, budgeting, organizational design, hiring roadmaps, and executive-level representation.

Generate and qualify sales opportunities by researching automotive dealership accounts, managing inbound leads, executing cold-calling and outreach strategies, meeting appointment KPIs, presenting Tekion’s value proposition, and transferring qualified opportunities to field sales representatives. The role requires CRM tracking, territory planning, follow-up management, executive communication, and independent lead-generation performance.

The representative tracks outreach and appointment KPIs, develops territory plans, coordinates handoffs to field sales representatives, and independently manages follow-up activities.
