Support Professional Services delivery for Automotive Variable Operations: gather and analyze requirements, document processes, assist configuration and testing, create user documentation and training materials, track project milestones, and perform basic data analysis to ensure successful implementations.

Own OEM-facing product roadmap for the Automotive Enterprise Cloud, translate OEM requirements into scalable integrations (APIs, data pipelines, reporting), lead discovery and delivery with cross-functional teams, define success metrics, produce product artifacts, and drive OEM adoption and satisfaction.

Lead strategy and execution for inside sales (inbound/outbound/lead qualification); manage and coach managers and reps; align with Marketing, Field Sales, and RevOps; build scalable processes and playbooks; monitor KPIs, support forecasting, territory and headcount planning, and drive hiring and enablement to meet pipeline and conversion goals.

Manage full sales cycle for assigned prospects and customers: conduct discovery calls and demos, qualify and progress pipeline, customize proposals, record activities in CRM, collaborate with marketing/product/customer success, and ensure smooth handoff and onboarding of closed deals while meeting sales targets.
