Lead a development pod to deliver AI-enabled eGRC solutions on ServiceNow IRM/GRC and NowAssist. Maintain prioritized backlog, translate complex business requirements into product increments, align stakeholders, manage delivery, monitor performance, and ensure regulatory and risk alignment while promoting Agile practices and continuous improvement.

Leads business analysis and requirements management for AI-enabled eGRC capabilities on ServiceNow. Manages end-to-end project delivery, translates regulatory and business needs into scalable solutions, resolves complex issues, and collaborates with business, technology, risk, and cross-line-of-business stakeholders. Supports governance, change management, workflow improvement, and decision-making while coaching other analysts.

Supports committee and council governance within the Office of the Chief Risk Officer. Maintains governance frameworks, coordinates agendas and meeting materials, tracks minutes and action items, monitors risk indicators, escalates issues, and supports operational risk programs including regulatory compliance, vendor management, business continuity, and risk assessments. Partners with senior stakeholders, develops policies and reporting, facilitates remediation plans, and ensures alignment with internal standards and regulatory expectations.
