Execute independent testing of Financial Crime Risk Management controls and systems, develop test plans and documentation, perform analytical research, evaluate control effectiveness against regulatory requirements, report findings, follow up on remediation, and provide FCRM subject-matter input to projects and stakeholders.

Lead business oversight for AML/ATF/Sanctions/ABAC in the Digital Assets Program. Conduct risk assessments, support client onboarding, develop policies and controls, provide 2nd-line challenge, assist regulatory reviews, and advise senior management on emerging digital asset financial crime risks.

Provide legal counsel to US Commercial Lending & Workout business, handling contract negotiation, transactional risk analysis, policy review, litigation management, and loan workout support. Advise business partners, identify legal risks, lead negotiations, and coordinate internal and external legal resources.
