Manages the international adaptation and localization of training materials, knowledge bases, assessments, and operational playbooks. Partners with local driving instructors, product teams, U.S. operations, and regional experts to align content with local regulations, road conditions, languages, and cultural requirements. Translates feedback into content updates, facilitates review and approval cycles, and ensures learning tools are accurate, compliant, usable, and ready for market launches.

Leads technical documentation programs, including strategy, governance, lifecycle optimization, stakeholder and client communication, risk mitigation, KPI and SLA tracking, and business reviews. Manages and mentors technical writing teams, oversees staffing and training, and drives technology-enabled, user-centered documentation solutions. Requires collaboration with engineering, product, operations, and marketing stakeholders, along with experience developing content strategies, information architecture, workflows, and program metrics.

The Director of Business Development will drive growth in the AI ecosystem through strategic partnerships, client engagement, market analysis, and collaboration, aiming to expand TaskUs's footprint in AI services.
