Designs, develops, and supports full-stack enterprise applications using modern web, cloud, database, and API technologies. Partners with stakeholders to analyze business needs, recommends scalable solutions, documents architectures and workflows, and serves as a web technology subject matter expert. Leads complex projects, mentors developers, establishes development standards, and supports production systems through troubleshooting, debugging, performance monitoring, and administration. The role is fully remote within eligible U.S. states, with possible travel to Greene, New York.

Serves as the liaison among business stakeholders, dealerships, and IT teams supporting Dealer Management System applications. Gathers and translates requirements, facilitates solution workshops, evaluates application enhancements, and supports configuration, testing, implementation, training, and optimization. The role assesses risks, prioritizes business needs, creates use cases and user stories, supports Agile and Waterfall delivery, and develops technology recommendations and architecture documentation aligned with business objectives.

Designs, implements, and maintains DMS infrastructure across servers, networks, cloud services, storage, virtualization, backups, databases, and dealer-facing applications. Responsibilities include monitoring system health, improving reliability and performance, managing patches and deployments, maintaining security baselines, supporting network and telecom systems, resolving incidents, forecasting capacity, and coordinating upgrades. The role also provides technical expertise across teams and supports continuous infrastructure improvements.
