Source, screen, and recruit licensed mental health professionals. Coordinate interviews, verify clinical licensure, manage candidate communications, maintain talent pipelines, track recruiting metrics, and support outreach campaigns and process improvements. The role partners with clinical hiring teams and represents Talkspace throughout the candidate experience, from initial outreach through onboarding.

Develop and grow strategic relationships with benefits consulting firms to drive awareness, referrals, pipeline, and revenue for Talkspace solutions. Educate consultants, support sales opportunities and RFPs, coordinate partner engagements, assist with contract management, and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Legal, Finance, and Implementation. Track partner activity and performance in Salesforce while identifying market trends and growth opportunities.
