Drive new and expansion sales of cloud-based UCaaS and CCaaS solutions by engaging customers and internal teams, positioning AI-enabled collaboration and CX platforms, managing pipeline and forecasts, negotiating subscription agreements, and supporting deployment and lifecycle expansion to meet revenue targets.

Provide technical pre-sales support for business sales by designing, configuring, and demonstrating wireless and API-enabled solutions. Consult on customer needs, perform hands-on API testing and validation, collaborate with cross-functional teams, assist post-sale troubleshooting and training, and maintain technical certifications to enable successful sales outcomes.

As a Client Partner in Enterprise Sales, you'll develop sales strategies, manage enterprise client relationships, negotiate contracts, and drive sales performance for T-Mobile's solutions.
