Builds and supports automation, AI-enabled tools, and data solutions using Python, SQL, Power Automate, Power Platform, and Copilot. Automates reporting and administrative workflows, develops AI use cases, analyzes data flows, documents solutions, and conducts testing and user acceptance support. Partners with business stakeholders, Technology, Governance, Analytics, and Model Risk Management teams to ensure solutions are practical, governed, and scalable. Tracks business benefits and supports automation intake and prioritization.
