Serve as Scrum Master/Product Owner for the ARES program: maintain Jira board and product roadmap, convert operational requirements into sprint-ready user stories with testable acceptance criteria, facilitate sprint ceremonies, coordinate UAT and synthesize results, maintain requirements traceability, and liaise between government stakeholders and technical teams.

Lead the Salesforce development team for the ARES program, make architecture-level decisions, enforce platform-native standards and PMD compliance, own BRE configuration and decision tables, design and implement a private multi-stakeholder sharing model, and review/enforce junior developer deliverables before sprint promotions.

Produce sprint-based technical documentation, user guides, training materials, in-app help content, and contractual deliverables for the ARES program. Maintain deliverable schedule, support agile execution, and produce government-formal deliverables per PWS/SOO.
