Manage contract processes, collaborate with legal/finance/operations, track SSU milestones, identify and mitigate contract risks, mentor junior staff, and support business development and SOP/template improvements.

Support design and execution of retrospective and prospective real-world evidence studies, conduct literature reviews and qualitative research, analyze and interpret real-world data, develop protocols, reports, manuscripts, and client presentations, and use Microsoft Office and statistical software to produce high-quality deliverables under senior guidance.

Lead development, negotiation, and management of US site budgets and clinical trial agreements for pharma and vaccine studies. Negotiate with large academic institutions, conduct due diligence (FMV, site justification), maintain trackers and CTMS, ensure compliance with GCP and SOPs, prioritize multiple contracting projects (oncology preferred), train team members, and drive process improvements.
