Lead and mentor iOS development teams to design, build, test, release, and support high-quality mobile applications. Drive architecture, code reviews, CI/CD adoption, production troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration to meet business and security standards.

Develop, modify, and maintain software; monitor real-time error alerts and investigate logs; remediate and deploy fixes; direct testing, validation, programming, and documentation; consult with internal teams, partners, and customers on system design, project status, and installations or modifications.

Lead and orchestrate small software engineering teams, drive sprint planning and estimation, assign and balance work, remove blockers, coordinate with product/design/QA, conduct performance evaluations, mentor engineers, maintain documentation, and ensure timely delivery of strategic technology initiatives.
