Lead client-level and market-level marketing for Specialty & Wellness focus markets. Develop and execute multi-channel B2B and B2B2C campaigns, build acquisition and lifecycle communications, create partner enablement materials, and measure/optimize performance. Act as primary marketing contact for partners and coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Client Management, Analytics, Product, and agencies.

Lead the Payment Hub product roadmap and OKRs, define payment processes and requirements, prioritize backlog, collaborate with cross-functional partners, oversee UAT and release/change management, and deliver payment/treasury product initiatives on time and within budget.

Serve as HR business partner for Operations hubs (Charlotte, Kansas City), driving staffing, retention, succession, talent development, employee relations, change management, and engagement. Coach leaders, manage stakeholder relationships, lead HR initiatives, and support hub-wide programs while ensuring high-quality HR service delivery in a fast-paced environment.
