Manage strategic DME provider accounts, strengthening partnerships, improving supplier performance, and identifying growth opportunities. Lead performance discussions, corrective actions, escalations, reporting, contract documentation, and cross-functional initiatives. Analyze operational data to identify risks, recurring failures, and process improvements that enhance reliability and patient outcomes. Serve as the primary liaison between provider partners and internal teams while supporting account retention, expansion, and operational alignment.

Leads the Order Confirmation function for DME revenue cycle operations, overseeing Team Leads and outsourced partners. Responsibilities include workload prioritization, quality auditing, trend analysis, process improvement, staffing, training, escalations, performance management, business reviews, and cross-functional issue resolution. The role requires healthcare revenue cycle expertise, knowledge of DME order confirmation and recertification workflows, and the ability to improve quality, throughput, and held-sales resolution.

Lead the migration from legacy Azure services to a Kubernetes-based, containerized microservices platform. Design, build, and scale infrastructure, implement observability (monitoring/alerting/logging), drive incident response and SLOs, automate with IaC and CI/CD, optimize cost and networking, mentor teams, and document systems to ensure reliable, scalable healthcare platform operations.
