Own and evolve Swyfft’s partner-facing insurance API, including resource design, versioning, backward compatibility, authentication, rate limiting, error handling, metrics, documentation, and contract testing. Build production C# code, maintain the translation layer between public APIs and internal systems, support partner integrations, and collaborate with QA and product. The role requires substantial public API experience, strong API security and multi-tenancy knowledge, and fluency in C#, ASP.NET Core, SQL Server, and Azure.

Develops and manages insurance agent relationships to expand the agency base. Responsibilities include prospecting, sales presentations, educating agents at industry events, monitoring market and competitor trends, and partnering with sales and marketing teams. The role requires insurance sales experience, knowledge of homeowners, commercial, and flood policies, persuasive communication, and comfort in a metrics-driven environment.

Manages carrier, reinsurance, broker, and distribution partnerships across insurance products. Responsibilities include product implementation, underwriting guidelines, policy forms, audits, regulatory reporting, relationship health reporting, reinsurance submissions, and identifying new capacity opportunities. The role translates business requirements into technical specifications and coordinates across underwriting, sales, compliance, product, and development teams.
