Leads ICT infrastructure design standards and consultant oversight across data center projects. Reviews fiber and copper cabling designs, pathways, equipment submittals, shop drawings, and Basis of Design documents. Coordinates with engineering, construction, vendors, utilities, and authorities while managing design risks, alternatives, and multiple concurrent projects. Ensures compliance with ANSI/TIA, ANSI/BICSI, and applicable codes, supports master planning, evaluates emerging technologies, and drives improvements in cost, quality, schedule, and design consistency.

Leads the design and implementation of outside plant fiber infrastructure for hyperscale data centers, including pathways, duct banks, handholes, manholes, entrance facilities, and carrier connectivity. Oversees consultants, develops design standards and testing requirements, reviews construction documents, supports site selection and construction, ensures code compliance, and advises stakeholders on routing, resiliency, and infrastructure strategy. Requires site travel of less than 25%.

Owns functional support for Oracle Cloud HCM, serving as the subject matter expert for HR processes and systems. Gathers and documents business requirements, maps processes, recommends solutions, coordinates stakeholders, and partners with technical teams. Leads requirements discussions, functional and user acceptance testing, issue tracking, rollout, adoption, and process improvement while maintaining system documentation and supporting integrations with related HR platforms.
