Supports B2B marketing through email, inbound, social media, PPC, direct mail, content creation, collateral design, market research, customer satisfaction programs, CRM administration, and trade show or event coordination. The role also manages prospect lists, supports lead management, assists sales enablement, monitors advertising campaigns, and coordinates production of marketing materials and displays.

Provide inside sales and technical support for mechanical equipment (pumps, blowers, filtration, heat exchangers, steam). Handle customer inquiries, specify products, produce quotations, track orders, resolve invoicing issues, and coordinate with service technicians, manufacturers and outside sales. Attend trainings and support the sales process administratively in an in-office, full-time role.

Estimate, design, and manage systems integration and custom industrial equipment projects from RFQ through build. Review RFQs, develop BOMs, solicit components, produce electrical CAD drawings, coordinate fabrication, manage FAT testing, interact with clients and vendors, produce installation and O&M manuals, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver projects on schedule and per specifications.
