The Hardgoods Coordinator will lead the Bike & Snow departments, ensuring exceptional customer service, training staff, managing operations, and enhancing community relationships while achieving sales goals.

Greet and engage customers, provide exceptional product knowledge and service, promote in-store offers, assist visual merchandising, uphold loss prevention and accurate cash handling, and participate in product training to drive sales and commissions.

Lead the Bike & Snow hardgoods departments by supervising staff, delivering bike service, training team members, driving sales through merchandising and data, representing the brand in local events, maintaining loss prevention and operational standards, and aligning with store and district leadership.
