Process employee changes, off-cycle payments, direct deposit issues, year-end W-2 activities, reconciliations, audits, reports, and payroll documentation. Support employees and managers, manage the shared payroll inbox, research discrepancies, maintain confidentiality, and assist with payroll projects, process improvements, and system initiatives.

Leads paid media strategy, execution, optimization, budgeting, analytics, and reporting across Google, Meta, Microsoft, and other digital channels. Manages multi-location campaigns, performance metrics, agency and vendor relationships, and paid media staff. Partners with marketing, creative, SEO, CRM, analytics, and regional teams to drive qualified traffic, leads, appointments, sales, and service results.
