The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for managing territory sales, building relationships, increasing market share, and providing clinical expertise.

Field-based Territory Sales Manager responsible for achieving sales goals in primary care, urology, and women’s health. Develop and execute business and launch plans, engage HCPs to change prescribing behavior, analyze data to drive market share growth, and travel within the assigned territory and periodically nationally/internationally. Maintain regulatory compliance and ethical selling.

Lead design, administration, and optimization of total rewards programs with emphasis on 401(k) governance, leaves/ADA administration, vendor management, compliance, analytics, and process improvements. Provide reporting and recommendations, support cross-functional initiatives, and ensure regulatory and fiduciary readiness.
