Partner with sales representatives to support and grow Upper Extremities business in assigned territory. Attend surgeries to ensure product availability and instruct surgeons, educate clinical staff, manage inventory and sets, assist with sales calls, process customer POs, and support marketing and account problem resolution. Maintain product and compliance training, participate in meetings and professional events, and help meet sales targets.

Support Sales Representatives in territory growth by covering surgical cases, managing inventory and sets, educating clinical staff on product use, identifying opportunities, assisting with POs and marketing, and maintaining compliance. Attend surgeries and partner with sales teams to build customer relationships and help meet sales targets.

Provide nationwide, field-based coverage for neurosurgical product sales and leave coverage. Educate OR staff on product use, conduct evaluations and demos, support territory planning and customer relationships, resolve product issues, and adhere to OR/OSHA/GMP regulations. Requires extensive overnight travel.
