Supports ENT medical device territory growth by assisting sales activities, account management, customer engagement, clinical procedures, product evaluations, and healthcare professional education. The role manages inventory, case preparation, account information, sales reporting, and customer interactions across operating rooms and office-based procedural settings. It partners with experienced sales representatives to identify opportunities and develop accounts while building clinical, technical, and medical device sales expertise.

Supports orthopedic sales and field operations through sales associate shadowing, presentations, account targeting, marketing strategy development, instrument-use training, kit delivery, warehouse preparation, and special projects. The intern gains exposure to branch operations, surgical products, customer interactions, and sales processes while collaborating with sales, operations, warehouse, and driver teams.

Field-based sales associate supporting Upper Extremities sales: cover cases, attend surgeries, educate clinical staff, manage inventory and orders, support Sales Representatives, develop customer relationships, and help meet sales targets while adhering to compliance.
