Own executive, board, investor, financial, and operational reporting for leadership. Build scalable dashboards, define consistent KPIs, reconcile data across systems, investigate performance changes, and translate complex business questions into actionable insights. Partner with Strategy, Finance, and senior leaders to automate recurring reporting, improve data accuracy, and support actuals-versus-budget-versus-forecast analysis.

Owns Stord’s end-to-end revenue accounting and assurance function across fulfillment, logistics, parcel, and software services. Responsibilities include ASC 606 analysis, revenue close, contract accounting, reserves, revenue analytics, SOX-ready controls, audit support, IPO readiness, billing-to-ledger reconciliations, and workflow automation. The role partners with Finance, Billing, Systems, auditors, the CFO, and Controller while building the revenue accounting function and potentially developing a team.

Owns product design for Stord’s warehouse management, transportation management, and operational software. Designs complex workflows for receiving, picking, packing, shipping, inventory, and exception handling across scanners, tablets, and desktop interfaces. Conducts field research and usability testing with warehouse and supply chain users, creates high-fidelity prototypes, partners with product and engineering, supports design systems, and measures improvements in operational efficiency and user satisfaction.
