Leads commercial pricing operations, rate communications, escalation management, and merchant account practices. Manages and develops Merchant Services Executives while using AI-assisted analytics and workflow improvements to strengthen prioritization, reporting, risk visibility, and team productivity.

Lead full-lifecycle custom software and professional services projects for strategic marina customers. Serve as primary executive-facing contact, translate needs into SOWs and project plans, align Product & Engineering, manage UAT and launches, monitor metrics, control project financials, and drive operational excellence using AI tools and cross-functional collaboration.
