Lead sales, marketing, catering, and business development for two Marriott hotels with 605 rooms and 65,000 square feet of event space. Develop sales strategies, manage key relationships, achieve revenue and profitability goals, oversee reporting and budgeting, maintain marketing initiatives, and lead the sales team through training, evaluation, and performance management. Represent the hotels with ownership, management, local organizations, and convention partners while resolving guest concerns and participating on the executive committee.

Develops and executes business travel sales strategies, secures and manages corporate accounts, oversees RFPs and GDS activity, monitors revenue performance, and builds client relationships. The role collaborates with revenue management and hotel operations, produces forecasts and reports, tracks account commitments, and represents the hotel at trade shows, conferences, site inspections, FAM trips, and client events.
