The Vice President oversees fund-level wire activity, ensuring compliance, governance, and internal controls, while leading treasury operations and managing bank relationships.

Manage end-to-end investor and SMA onboarding for private markets funds, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, ensure AML/KYC and subscription documentation compliance, maintain onboarding platforms and data integrity, drive process improvements and AI/automation initiatives, and provide client-facing support to meet closing timelines.

Serve as a cross-functional business partner translating operational needs into data, workflow, and technology solutions. Own project lifecycles from requirements to implementation, drive workflow standardization, design reporting and dashboards (Power BI, Snowflake, Salesforce), identify AI opportunities, coordinate technical execution, manage change and adoption, escalate data governance issues, and mentor junior staff.
