Own end-to-end payroll for a 500+ multi-state and international workforce: execute full-cycle payroll in Rippling HCM, ensure multi-state compliance, manage vendor relationships, handle year-end tax/W-2 processes, reconcile payroll expenses with Finance, and support audits and headcount planning.

The Director of Production will lead the production team, optimize transcript production processes, implement policies, and achieve company goals while ensuring high-quality service.

Supervise a remote team of eight support agents, manage scheduling and coverage, oversee QA and coaching, resolve escalations, analyze support KPIs to improve performance, and partner with the Customer Support Manager to refine workflows, routing, and external communications.
