Analyze production schedules and processes to improve flow, productivity, quality, and cost. Monitor product flow, enforce quality control, support root cause/corrective actions, assist leadership with projects and HR initiatives, and help drive safety, delivery, inventory, and other metrics at the Statesville manufacturing facility.

Work on a workover rig transferring rod, tubing, and casing sections, operate rod hoist and triplex pumps, perform rig maintenance, assist rig operator and crew, participate in safety meetings and inspections, drive company vehicles, and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 75 lbs and working at heights.

Support HR initiatives across talent development, HR operations, compensation, benefits, recruiting coordination, HR analytics, and employee engagement. Conduct research, generate HR reports, develop resource materials, assist program implementation, and contribute to special projects under the supervision of HR leadership.
