Maintains arcade video games and equipment through mechanical and electrical repairs, cleaning, and diagnostic testing. Works with the Arcade Manager and team to keep equipment operating at high standards. Requires basic low-voltage DC knowledge, problem-solving ability, teamwork, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Manage overall arcade operations in a high-volume entertainment center, including sales goals, prize-store management, inventory, game-payout analysis, audits, reporting, reconciliation, and staff hiring, training, and supervision. Ensure excellent guest experiences, maintain organized facilities and storage, merchandise and price prizes, test attractions, and support arcade performance and operational standards.

Support the GM/CEM in staffing, training, scheduling, and supervising team members across food & beverage, bowling, and arcade operations. Ensure guest experience, enforce policies and safety standards, resolve service issues, drive process improvements, and maintain a fun, high-volume entertainment environment.
