Leads Starface’s partnerships, talent collaborations, licensing deals, experiential moments, and PR agency relationship. Responsibilities include sourcing opportunities, managing partner relationships, supporting negotiations, overseeing contracts and deliverables, coordinating launches and events, managing budgets and vendors, tracking performance, and supporting PR strategy, press materials, and media preparation. The role collaborates cross-functionally with Brand, Creative, Social, Product, Retail, Operations, Legal, Finance, and external partners.

Lead and strengthen Starface's accounting function: own month-end close, GL, reconciliations, financial reporting, consolidation, AP/AR, inventory and technical accounting. Bring audits, covenant reporting, and tax workstreams current; establish controlled close processes; own NetSuite and accounting systems; manage external auditors and advisors; build team structure, controls, and scalable processes to support financing, diligence, and growth.

Lead budgeting, rolling forecasts, financial modeling, scenario analysis, budget-to-actual reporting, and variance analysis. Partner cross-functionally to strengthen planning, integrate Finance into S&OP, improve management reporting, and support month-end close and audits. Evaluate retail and DTC economics, promotional ROI, and product profitability while improving and automating FP&A processes in NetSuite. Translate financial insights into actionable business decisions and provide commercial finance support as Starface scales.
