Manages software usage forecasting, savings tracking, vendor evaluations, contract governance, approvals, compliance, and issue escalation. Partners with IT, Finance, Legal, Cybersecurity, business stakeholders, resellers, suppliers, and managed service providers. Supports continuous improvement and independently drives sourcing initiatives through completion.

Leads day-to-day workplace operations and office services for a high-visibility executive office. Coordinates executive visits, leadership and Board-related meetings, vendors, facilities, hospitality, inventory, conference rooms, and technology readiness. Partners with HR, IT, Facilities, Security, Communications, property management, and service providers to maintain a polished, guest-ready environment. Establishes service standards, resolves operational issues, improves processes, and scales office support while providing discreet administrative and logistical support to executive leadership.
