Provides tier-2 and tier-3 support, troubleshoots complex incidents, evaluates application performance, analyzes service metrics, and coordinates with technology teams. Acts as a product owner and subject matter expert, facilitates Agile practices, mentors junior staff, documents workflows, communicates technical concepts, and partners with business and development teams to deliver quality solutions.

Designs and leads recruitment strategy and talent acquisition programs, improving sourcing, hiring processes, candidate experience, and workforce outcomes. Builds recruitment analytics frameworks, dashboards, and monthly reporting around time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire, and offer acceptance. Partners with Talent Acquisition, HR leaders, hiring managers, candidates, and community organizations while developing social media branding and optimizing sourcing-channel ROI.

Manage, investigate, and resolve professional and general liability claims for Stanford Medicine. Oversee litigation strategy, retain and monitor outside counsel, evaluate exposure, negotiate settlements, handle discovery and trial support, and manage claims reporting, reserves, and databases. Investigate medical, cyber/privacy, construction, and property claims and provide recommendations to leadership and reinsurance partners.
