Set vision, operating model, and standards; manage managers, analysts, and data scientists across domain pods; partner with senior stakeholders; champion AI and ML integration; drive change management and build a high-impact analytics culture.

Lead cross-functional strategy connecting website acquisition to product activation in a PLG environment. Own web-to-product handoffs, segmentation, data integration, personalization, and reporting to improve activation, PQLs, and revenue. Drive scalable self-service flows, lifecycle frameworks, and experiments in partnership with Product, UX, and data teams.
