Supports clinical leaders by managing workforce tracking, payroll compliance follow-up, documentation review, reporting, training and compliance tracking, escalation workflows, audits, and operational documentation. The role maintains dashboards and trackers, prepares workforce reports, supports workflow launches, identifies process inefficiencies, and routes non-clinical issues. It is a remote administrative operations role with no clinical, patient-facing, care coordination, disciplinary, or performance-management responsibilities.

Supports clinical leaders and field staff by managing payroll and documentation compliance, attendance and workforce trackers, training records, operational reporting, escalation follow-up, SOPs, audits, and workflow improvements. The role coordinates administrative processes, maintains dashboards and metrics, validates mileage and hours, and supports project milestones while ensuring HIPAA compliance. This is a remote, full-time temporary position without clinical, patient-facing, or care coordination duties.

Conduct routine and focused medical coding audits for compliance, accuracy, and quality. Review medical records, claims, and provider documentation for ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, and modifier accuracy. Identify errors and trends, prepare audit reports, maintain tracking and productivity metrics, support internal and external audits, and educate coders and providers. The role also requires staying current with CMS, AAPC, AHIMA, OIG, payer, and HCC guidelines while protecting patient data and working independently in a fully remote setting.
