Lead end-to-end creation of instructional content across written, video, audio, live, and gamified modalities. Act as a learning producer to design synchronous and asynchronous experiences, write and edit materials, partner with SMEs and stakeholders, leverage AI tools to accelerate workflows, maintain quality standards, and deliver courses that meet business KPIs and launch timelines.

The role focuses on enhancing influencer partnerships by improving creator sourcing, outreach, and negotiation, while monitoring campaign performance and managing ongoing relationships.
