The role treats engineers as platform customers by improving golden paths, self-service tooling, documentation, and AI-assisted workflows.

Build and maintain Salesforce production code as part of an Agile Scrum team. The associate engineer will fix scoped bugs, implement Apex and Lightning Web Components changes, write unit tests, use Git and Jira, and move releases through sandbox, UAT, and production with Gearset. The role includes learning Salesforce development practices, participating in sprint ceremonies, using AI coding assistants responsibly, and joining shared on-call and deployment rotations.
