The High Volume Inside Sales Recruiter will optimize recruitment strategies, evaluate candidates, ensure compliance, and partner with leadership for talent acquisition and organizational growth.

Manage assigned healthcare, hospitality or SLED enterprise accounts to retain and grow revenue. Meet monthly quotas, conduct face-to-face account reviews, resolve client issues, update internal databases, support collections, and attend sales training. Travel to customer locations and act as customer advocate across Spectrum departments.

Handle inbound customer calls in an in-office call center to resolve billing and service issues, process orders, retain customers, and upsell/cross-sell Spectrum products. Meet call handling and sales metrics, demonstrate product knowledge, and work a flexible schedule including overtime.
