Support post-sale campaign execution and reporting for assigned accounts: enter and review orders, manage ad copy and traffic instructions, coordinate cross-functionally with Billing, Traffic/Operations, Ad Ops, and Finance to ensure accurate fulfillment, billing, pacing adjustments, and make-goods.

Manage payroll tax operations: prepare, reconcile, and remit federal/state/local employment tax returns; ensure compliance; support audits; resolve agency matters; collaborate on system updates and tax reporting improvements.

Supervise onsite physical security operations and security officers across corporate campuses. Responsibilities include executing security plans, reviewing incident reports, coordinating staffing and payroll, managing training, preparing security surveys and post orders, supporting access control and surveillance operations, and making personnel recommendations. The supervisor serves as backup coverage during irregular hours and weekends and may oversee special events.
