Own full-cycle recruiting across sales, marketing, customer experience, revenue operations, partnerships, engineering, and product. Partner with hiring managers, source and engage candidates, build talent pipelines, manage interview processes, deliver strong candidate experiences, analyze recruiting metrics, and support talent strategy in a high-growth startup environment.

Build and lead Sparrow’s clinical operations function for reviewing medical certifications supporting leave requests and ADA accommodations. Manage the clinical review team, establish workflows, SOPs, documentation standards, training, quality assurance, reporting, licensing, and compliance processes. Resolve escalated cases, improve review efficiency, partner with Legal, Compliance, Product, and CX, and develop the roadmap for expanding the function.

Manage and process employee leave paperwork and correspondence, coordinate with external administrative contacts, document escalations, maintain internal systems, and support continuous process improvements in a fast-paced, remote environment.
