Complete a 16-week operations management trainee program to prepare for an entry leadership role. Learn transportation and cross-dock operations, leadership communication, relationship building, and basic freight delivery processes. Interface with support/service centers, shadow account managers on sales calls, and occasionally accompany drivers. Relocation required after program completion.
