Own and expand enterprise sales across banking, financial services, and insurance accounts. Responsibilities include prospecting, qualifying, closing complex multi-stakeholder SaaS deals, managing strategic account pipelines, engaging C-suite buyers, navigating compliance and procurement, leading RFP/RFI responses, coordinating internal deal teams and partners, and developing industry relationships. Travel up to 50%.

Manage enterprise customer relationships throughout onboarding, adoption, renewal, and growth. Provide training, business reviews, success planning, ROI reporting, and escalation resolution while monitoring customer health and advocating for customer needs internally. Partner with sales, product, engineering, marketing, and support teams to improve retention and identify expansion opportunities. Serve as a subject matter expert on conversational and generative AI capabilities, integrations, APIs, and platform best practices.

Drive B2B SaaS sales of conversational AI solutions to financial services organizations, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting and pipeline development through closing, contract negotiation, and account expansion. Build executive relationships, lead presentations and RFPs, support land-and-expand strategies, collaborate with Product, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success, and use market insights and analytics to improve sales performance.
