Provides administrative and customer support for a recycling facility. Operates the scale system, processes inbound and outbound loads, prepares tickets and receipts, maintains customer, vendor, shipment, inventory, production, and regulatory records, and supports office operations. The role handles phone and email inquiries, coordinates supplies, assists drivers and vendors, and follows safety and environmental requirements in an industrial setting.

Maintain, upgrade, troubleshoot, and optimize industrial automation and control systems. Lead controls projects, coordinate scopes, budgets, schedules, contractors, commissioning, and startup activities. Create technical documentation, develop modernization plans, optimize process controls, guide maintenance teams, provide training, and support system reliability and safety. The role requires engineering education and experience with PLCs, drives, HMIs, DCS, instrumentation, control networks, preventive maintenance, and AutoCAD.

Supports annual budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, financial close, SOX and internal audit requirements, capital project reviews, strategic planning, valuation analyses, and process improvements. The role partners with sales, manufacturing, and corporate finance teams, conducts statistical and industry research, supports financial systems, and assists with training personnel on accounting and finance processes.
