Conducts market research, customer discovery, segmentation, competitive analysis, and business-case development to identify growth opportunities. Partners with Engineering, Product, executives, customers, and commercial teams to shape roadmaps, guide investment decisions, and strengthen product-management practices.

Define software architecture, design standards, and technical direction for healthcare solutions. Lead complex system designs, technology selection, cloud and integration architecture, performance, security, compliance, and governance. Partner with Product, Program Management, Infrastructure, Security, and Engineering teams to guide implementation. Establish architectural best practices, document technical decisions, mentor engineers, and support scalable microservices, event-driven, and cloud-based systems.
