Provides lunch and absence coverage for the corporate lobby, greets visitors, directs calls, follows access procedures, and maintains a professional environment. When not covering the lobby, supports departments with administrative assignments, document preparation, meetings, office events, mail, shipping, supplies, and special projects. Requires professionalism, discretion, strong communication, organization, reliability, flexibility, and the ability to prioritize multiple requests while interacting with executives, associates, vendors, and visitors.
