Sells Cadillac vehicles while meeting dealership sales, gross profit, volume, and customer satisfaction goals. Responsibilities include identifying customer needs, demonstrating and delivering vehicles, prospecting, maintaining follow-up systems, explaining vehicle features and financing-related values, coordinating with service and body shop departments, attending training, and complying with automotive sales laws and safety policies.

Lead brand strategy and store-level marketing for one or more OEM brands. Build OEM relationships, grow market share and pre-owned sales, drive fixed-ops and service traffic, manage brand budgets and co-op programs, analyze performance and competitive activity, ensure brand compliance and consistent customer experience across dealerships, and coordinate cross-functional execution and local marketing activations.

Processes and finalizes automotive dealership deals, reviews documentation, manages invoices and vendor payments, performs reconciliations, supports month-end close, prepares journal entries and variance analysis, and assists with audits and administrative operations. Partners with F&I, title, store operations, and shared services teams to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely accounting processes.
