Manage dealership traffic management playbook compliance, in-store structure, and KPI performance. Audit traffic processes, run weekly internet meetings, mystery shop, review call performance, inspect website quality, implement action plans with leadership, and train/coach teammates to improve sales and profitability.

Support corporate treasury by managing daily cash positioning, monthly liquidity and capital reporting, interest and bank fee calculations, lender compliance packages, and cash flow forecasts. Provide analytics, variance analysis, quarterly deliverables for financial reporting, and present findings to the finance team.

Lead national strategy to build talent pipelines through partnerships with colleges, universities, and technical schools. Design campus recruiting and early-career programs, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, measure program performance, and optimize conversion, retention, and time-to-productivity. Serve as Sonic's strategic connector to attract and develop sales, F&I, and operations leaders.
